Men’s Center

The Meridian Men’s Center offers a comprehensive continuum of care for men to help them address their drug and/or alcohol issues in a safe and supportive environment. Participants in these male-specific programs find they are more comfortable and can speak more freely when only other men are present.

Programs and Services

Residential Treatment

Meridian offers a structured, residential program for men in need of intensive treatment and support. A typical day includes group therapy; individual counseling; educational sessions; 12-step meetings; and time for reflection, recreation, wellness and fellowship. Length of stay is based on the individual, but typically lasts from 30-90 days. Aftercare counseling and relapse prevention services are available after men successfully complete the program.

  • Family Education and Support. Meridian works to educate family members about the challenges their loved one faces and involve them in the recovery process.
  • Medical Oversight. Participants in Men’s Center programs have full access to primary healthcare and psychiatric services.

Women’s Center

The Meridian Women’s Center offers a comprehensive continuum of care for women to help them address their drug and/or alcohol issues in a safe and supportive environment. The program focuses on addressing issues unique to women, including dealing with complex trauma, building healthy relationships and balancing family responsibilities. Participants in this female-specific program find they are more comfortable and can speak more freely when only other women are present.
