Meridian CEO Larry Moliterno to Present at National Council of Behavioral Health’s NATCON 21 Conference

Larry Moliterno, President and CEO of Meridian HealthCare, has been invited by the National Council for Behavioral Health to present at their annual conference, NatCon21. This marks the fourth national-level conference Larry has been selected to speak at over the course of five years. Featured speakers at the conference include Brené Brown (Founder, The Daring Way), Tarana Burke (Founder of the Me Too Movement) and Carla Harris (Vice Chairman, Global Wealth Management and Senior Client Advisor, Morgan Stanley), among others.

Mr. Moliterno will be utilizing state-of-the-art technology to showcase his work through an interactive platform known as iPosterSessions, which provides an accessible and engaging experience for the viewers. His presentation will focus on how to build a stronger, more cohesive workforce by building leaders from within your organization. He will also examine how different cultures, a multigenerational workforce, personnel issues, employee retention and the integration of criminal justice and behavioral healthcare impact an organization’s ability to identify and prepare future leaders.

“Cultivating passionate leaders among our staff is what we strive for internally at Meridian, so it is my pleasure to present more information on this topic to the conference attendees,” shared Larry Moliterno. “We believe that with strong leaders among our staff, we are able to provide the best possible care for our patients and community.”

NatCon provides the opportunity for professionals across the continuum of healthcare to meet and discuss pressing issues within the industry of behavioral healthcare. Moliterno’s presentation will be accessible to over 6,000 attendees, a majority of which hold executive positions. The conference is to be held virtually on May 3-5, 2021.
